By thoughtfully reimagined the existing square footage, we created a more cohesive and functional layout using durable, long-lasting materials.

We covered the perimeter of the hot tub in its original location and adjusted the position of the stairs to enhance flow and functionality.

We imagined two distinct areas: In the upper-level we designed a custom back bench at the same height as the hot tub, which offers additional seating and a comfortable place to unwind near the water with a space for a fire pit perfect for stargazing nights. We also created a spacious entry-level seating area ideal for daytime relaxation and gatherings
